This Adult Content Creator Release Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between NU Lifestyle (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "the Company") and you, the undersigned individual (hereinafter referred to as the "Content Creator" or "you").

By checking the box below and submitting content to , you certify that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement. This ensures compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 (age verification and record-keeping requirements) and all applicable federal, state, and international laws governing adult content production, distribution, and hosting.

1. Content Creator Certification

You must provide accurate information during account registration or content upload. By agreeing to this, you swear under penalty of perjury (pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1746) that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
• All information you provide (e.g., full legal name, date of birth, government-issued ID details) is accurate, truthful, and complete.
• Any falsification may result in civil and/or criminal penalties, account termination, and legal action.

We may require you to submit proof of age and identity (e.g., government-issued ID) for verification, which will be stored securely for 2257 compliance.

2. Consent and Acknowledgment for Uploaded Content

By uploading any media (e.g., images, videos, or other content) to our platform, you certify that:

• Age Verification: Every individual depicted in the media was a legal adult (at least 18 years old) at the time the media was created.
• Consent: Every individual depicted in the media has provided explicit, informed consent to be depicted and for the media to be published, distributed, and monetized on our platform. You possess records of such consent (e.g., model releases) and will provide them upon request for compliance purposes.
• The content does not violate any laws, including those related to child exploitation, obscenity, or non-consensual material.

3. Grant of License and Ownership

• You retain full ownership of your uploaded content.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to host, display, distribute, and monetize the content solely on our platform, subject to this Agreement and our Terms of Service. This license does not transfer ownership and may be revoked by you at any time (subject to our content removal policies).

4. Compliance with Laws

All content must comply with:

• U.S. laws, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 (age/record-keeping), DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512) for copyright, and CCPA for California users.
• EU laws, including GDPR for data protection and the Digital Services Act for platform accountability.
• International standards, such as the Berne Convention and WIPO Copyright Treaty.

We act solely as a hosting service and do not produce or endorse content.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NU Lifestyle, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of this Agreement.
• Any content you upload.
• Violations of laws, intellectual property rights, privacy, or consent.

This includes third-party claims, regulatory actions, or investigations.

6. DMCA and Complaints Policy

• DMCA Compliance: We follow Notice-and-Takedown procedures under 17 U.S.C. § 512. To file a copyright complaint, email info@nulifestyle.club with proof. We remove infringing content within 24 hours and ban repeat infringers after three violations.
• Complaints: File via email (info@nulifestyle.club) or mail (116-1289 Highfield Crescent SE, Calgary AB, Canada T2G 5M2). We acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 7. Appeals are allowed within 30 days.
• Dispute Resolution: All disputes are resolved via binding arbitration. You waive class-action rights.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks, or regulatory changes).

8. Final Acknowledgment

By checking the confirmation box, you electronically sign this Agreement and swear under penalty of perjury that all statements are true. This serves as your digital signature.
